Chairman of Surulere Local Government, Hon. Tajudeen Ajide has commended Nigerian representatives for choosing Gbajabiamila as the speaker. He said this yesterday while entertaining journalists in his office.
Femi Gbajabiamila became the speaker after polling 281 votes out of the total 358 votes.
Ajide was full of praises for the lawmaker, describing him as a worthy son of Surulere that has made the city proud.
In a statement, the chairman said “Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, as Speaker of the House of Representatives, is a great choice for the speakership. He deserves it because of his vast experience in legislative activities, and constructive contributions at plenary”.

Ajide also praised Oluremi for her success in the Senate
Tajudeen Ajide also praised Senator Oluremi saying that her return as the representative of Lagos Central Senatorial district was a reward for quality representation of her constituents.
Ajide is full of hopes that once the “Next Level” agenda finally kicks off, his fellow party members will deliver positive change that is needed to uplift and improve the lives of the people of Surulere, and Nigerians in General.
